Nola Movement + IGNITE RETREAT

A retreat for women to refresh their body, mind, and spirit. This will be a live intimate experience for diverse women to feel nurtured, and nourished through physical movement, positive mindset practices, and community connection.

Date: Thursday August 19 – Sunday August 22

Location: Bellwether Farm in Wakeman, Ohio

This unique location will provide the perfect space for an immersive experience for women to be and breathe. 

Intention: The IGNITE retreat is a space for women to refresh their body, mind and spirit. This will be a live intimate experience for diverse women to feel nurtured and nourished through physical movement, positive mindset practices and community connection. 

What the are the activities?  Each day will include a variety of activities focusing on the three areas below

Movement – From Zumba to Yoga, participants will have the opportunity to explore different types of movement in their bodies both energizing and encouraging rest 

Mindset – We believe that wellness begins from the inside out – we’re getting our mind right and digging in to focus on different topics and tools to support our mindset and mental wellness. Get ready for motivational speakers to pour into you and encourage your spirit. 

Community Connection – We will create intentional opportunities for women to connect with one another and the Nola Movement retreat leaders 

There are 2 overnight options and 2 day pass options. For women that are ready to fully unplug and recharge – the full and partial weekend packages will provide the most relaxing options. As a VIP, these women will get access to massages and other exclusive wellness experiences. The day pass options include the 2 Day and 1 Day pass – women have the flexibility to drop in and out as their schedule allows. All are invited to participate in the closing white party Saturday night.
