Let’s be honest, especially during a Pandemic, nothing beats the convenience of working out at home. You don’t have to worry about your safety, or people coughing in the gym, there’s no hassle of working out and trying to wear a mask- you can literally workout in the comfort of your own home and be at peace! For me this is a BIG DEAL because I worry about spreading germs. Not only that but my schedule tends to be CRAZY! Now that I have a treadmill at home, I workout on my own schedule. Whether that’s 6am when the kids are sleep, 12 noon when they are at school, or 7pm when dinner is cooking. I get up and walk/run my 2-5 miles everyday, when it works for me. No more missing classes or being late! At home I have the flexibility to get on the treadmill when it works for me! Might I add, I can watch a full program and workout at the same time? Run or walk and not worry about the weather outside? Like seriously… I LOVE IT and my husband does too! Having a treadmill at home allows me to reach my goal of getting fit and staying fit.
My Treadmill Model FOLDS!
I was gifted the LifeSpan TR1200i which ((drumroll please))… FOLDS! Like it FOLDS like a blanket! Due to the lack of space in our home (we’ve outgrown our starter home but that’s another story) I decided to put my treadmill in my bedroom. I like that’s in bedroom because besides my husband (lol) it’s the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see at night- so there’s no excuse for me to use it. I am awaiting this model Tr1200i lifespan treadmill to arrive. However, I have researched this model up and down and noticed that the speakers were modified on this model as well as the extra treadmill handles in front of the monitor display. Looking at video from 2015 they are there and speakers are 2 round speakers on upper corners of the console. The console looks as if it has been changed and the extras handles were removed, leaving the side bars only. Don’t know what to expect upon arrival.
