The TALL SHIPS ARE COMING and #CourtneyCoversCleveland can’t wait to step aboard!

That’s right, from July 7th-July 10th Cleveland will welcome a fleet of historic tall ships from harbors through the United States, Canada and Spain. I’ve never experienced this before so I am so excited for this waterfront  festival, I literally can’t wait to explore the 2022 ships with my family!

I’m already looking forward to the smile on my son Bryce’s face and ALL the questions surely to follow about the various types of ships. So not only do I think this will be a FUN outing, but it can also be educational. I can also imagine walking around with my teenagers and baby girl taking pictures pretending to steer the boat. If you know me, there’s nothing I love more than an event that’s fitting for the entire family.

This four-day waterfront festival is a wonderful experience for families to enjoy live entertainment, historical exhibits, food, beverages and yes…board the Tall Ships!

The Cleveland Tall Ships Festival will kick off on Thursday, July 7th evening with a dramatic Parade of Sail featuring a display of eight traditionally rigged sailing vessels from Canada, the United States and Spain crewed, in part, by youth (ages 13 – 25).

What else am I looking forward to?

The Happy Hour at the Dock and Fireworks! It’s definitely going to be a fun-filled weekend. Here are a few things you should know before you go:
