Briefly tell me a little about yourself, who you are and what you do?
I am Stanley Jackson managing Attorney for the Cochran firm Cleveland. My areas of practice are auto and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and civil rights.
You grew up here, and as I search for High School’s for my son, I’d love to know about your experience at St. Ignatius.
I am a proud alumni of St. Ignatius High School. St. Ignatius was a wonderful experience for me in that it reinforced my morals, principles and work ethic. I was challenged academically, athletically and grew stronger in my faith. Ignatius motto “men for others”
After High School you went to college and graduated from Dayton Law School, what brought you back to Cleveland?
I always knew that I would come back to Cleveland after college because I always wanted to make a difference in my community. I always saw myself as a servant of the community. I was drawn back to be of service for our community.
Once back in Cleveland you started the Cochran Law Firm. How has your experience been as an entrepreneur in this city?
Opening the Cochran Firm Cleveland office has been a very rewarding experience in many ways. The firm had 27 offices throughout the country with well over 300 attorneys. Cleveland was its 28th office. I am honored to be a part of that history to bring first class service and representation to a first class city that I love and cherish.
What made you want to become a lawyer?
I became a lawyer to advocate for people who may not always be able to advocate for themselves.
What type of law do you practice?
Auto trucking accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and civil rights.
You’ve won some pretty amazing awards can you share them?
Yes, we won “Civil Rights Law Firm of the Year” and “Truck Accident Law Firm of the Year” – with over 100 Million in Verdicts and Settlements.
What makes you different from other lawyers in your industry?
The Cochran firm and I are relentless in our pursuit for results for our clients. We have a track record of success with over 35 billion in results.
Since you practice Auto Accidents what should be the first 3 things you do when you get into an accident?
First, make sure that you and your passengers are in a safe place aware from harm.
Second call and or ask for any emergency assistance and make your way to a hospital to be evaluate.

What’s one interesting fact about yourself?
I am a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity incorporated and a private pilot.
